Little Miss Sparkles Initiative Uganda was founded on the belief that every child carries a unique sparkle and deserves a safe, supportive, and professionally guided environment to discover her talents.
We use pageantry as an educational and developmental tool rather than a beauty-focused competition, ensuring children gain life skills that extend beyond the stage, including communication, discipline, teamwork, creativity, cultural pride, and social responsibility.
Under the leadership of Founder and CEO Queen Melanie Kwagala, a singer, actress, and youth leader, we have created a platform that truly empowers young girls to believe in their potential and shine positively in society.
